The Rental Office is where RV and House guests check-in and get their wristbands, vehicle tags, and resort information.

After registering for the first time in the Rental Office, guests can enjoy use of the fitness room which includes professional workout equipment, water fountain, Keurig Coffee Makers, and sanitizing wipes to sanitize equipment before/after use.  Check with office staff for the fitness room hours.

Guests and Owners can receive packages delivered to the resort.  UPS, FedEx, and USPS will check deliveries into the Welcome Center, and then office staff will put packages in the mailroom in alphabetical order for you to pickup. US Mail is only allowed to be received for lot owners. Guests should not have US Mail sent to Gulf Waters or it will be returned to sender.

A heated swimming pool and hot tub are located between the Welcome Center and Activity Center.  Hours are 10am - 10pm 7 days a week.There is also a gas grill available for use by guests and owners. The pool area also has lounge chairs and regular patio tables and chairs. There are outdoor games such as cornhole, ladder golf, and Jenga under the covered patio area.

Please note that there are strict rules to promote safety and a sanitary environment. No glass in the entire pool area. No food in the pool or spa, but can be enjoyed under the covered area. No pets unless leashed and only under the covered area.

Rinsing showers are available near the front office gate and rear gate to rinse off before and after pool/spa usage. Help us keep the sand down by rinsing off each time before entering the pool/spa. It's amazing how much sand is tracked from the resort and even pool deck area into the pool and spa so we appreciate your efforts to rinse off before entering either.

Mens and Womens restroom and shower facilities are open 24x7 using a security code provided to guests during the check-in process and on your check-in documentation.

The activity center is used for resort and owner events. It is not open unless one of our sponsored activities is being held. Owners can reserve the activity center based on availability by coming into the resort office and signing a waiver.

Based on availability, you can store your boat, utility/cargo trailer in the resort. Trailers are not allowed into the interior of the resort and must be parked in reserved, designated trailer storage area only. A small daily fee is applied to your credit card on file.  Check with the office for details and to make your reservation early as trailer storage spots are limited.  Upon check-in, you will be issued a trailer tag to attach to the trailer tongue that will show details of your reservation.

Based on availability, you can store your golf cart trailer or other short (up to 14 feet) utility trailer in this area. Trailers are not allowed into the interior of the resort and must be parked in reserved, designated trailer storage area only. A small daily fee is applied to your credit card on file.  Check with the office for details and to make your reservation early as trailer storage spots are limited.  Upon check-in, you will be issued a trailer tag to attach to the trailer tongue that will show details of your reservation.

When you arrive and prepare to depart the resort, three (3) lanes at the rear of the office and pool area are for connecting/disconnecting your tow vehicles or golf cart trailers.  No loading or unloading of golf carts, tow vehicles or other vehicles are allowed within the interior of the resort. When arriving for your stay, please follow the red arrows on the driveway that will lead you to the staging area. There is an entrance to the Rental Office from the staging area.

The resort entrance from State Highway 361 leads you to the rental office, but PLEASE don't stop in this area! Follow the sign and the red arrows on the driveway which leads you to the staging area. Stopping in the resort entrance area can create a very hazardous situation due to Hwy 361 not having a turning lane to get arrivals out of the path of highway traffic. Please observe our 5MPH resort speed limit to keep a safe resort environment since we have families with small children coming from/to the pool area and varying obstructed views due to large RVs and vehicles throughout the resort.

All RV's must exit through the staging area and exit the resort via this driveway. There are trash and recycle waste dumpsters at the front of the staging area so that you can throw away that last trash bag before you get on the road. Please do not leave items outside on the ground or hanging out of the dumpsters to ensure birds and other varmints don't make a mess. Dumpsters are emptied three times a week, but in the event they get overloaded, please ask staff to help to ensure we can get them into the dumpsters completely.

Please note that we are limited on overflow parking, so we must adhere to parking policies  per site and all guests will also need to have a vehicle tag.

Vehicle parking for guests visiting the Swimming Pool Area and/or Activity Center. All vehicles must have a golf cart or vehicle tag issued by the Rental Office and must be displayed as instructed when issued by office staff. Please note that we are limited on overflow parking, so we must adhere to parking policies  per site and all guests will also need to have a vehicle tag.

Vehicle parking for guests visiting the Swimming Pool Area or Restrooms/Showers. All vehicles must have a golf cart or vehicle tag issued by the Rental Office and must be displayed as instructed when issued by office staff. Please note that we are limited on overflow parking, so we must adhere to parking policies  per site and all guests will also need to have a vehicle tag.

Vehicle parking for guests visiting the Activity Center and Laundry.  This area is also used for overflow parking.  All vehicles must have a golf cart or vehicle tag issued by the Rental Office and must be displayed as instructed when issued by office staff. Please note that we are limited on overflow parking, so we must adhere to parking policies  per site and all guests will also need to have a vehicle tag.

While this dog area is not fenced, guests are able to let their furry friends potty after arriving or just before departing Gulf Waters. Other dog areas exist around the resort and each have pickup bags and disposal bins for your convenience.

Keep in mind that these dog areas are not dog "parks", so there is no fencing. Per Gulf Waters policy, all pets must be leashed while on resort property outdoors.  See resort Pet Guidelines for more information on breed restrictions, etc.

Washers & Dryers as well as a folding table are available for guest use. All machines will take quarters or credit/debit cards. Quarters are available for purchase in the Rental Office. The Laundry Room is accessible using the guest key code that guests received upon check-in.
