For all of you who want to show off your culinary BBQ skills, enter to be judged for the rib-cook off on March 9th.

To enter, please sign up in the Welcome Center or via email by March 7th stating that you want your ribs to be in the contest.  The park will be supplying the ribs and will be available for pickup as early as Tuesday March 5th.

Each entrant must cook 3 racks of ribs in the same style and have them to the Welcome Center by 1pm.

We also need others to cook ribs for everyone to eat…even if you don’t want to be judged.

It promises to be a great day so come out and show your BBQ prowess!
