An electricity fee of $0.155 per KWH will be charged on any reservation of 7 days or longer

*  Our Condominium Declaration and Bylaws do not accommodate tents, pop-up campers, RVs with soft sided/canvas pop-outs, hybrids, or truck campers. Trailers and fifth-wheels must be at least 24 feet long, and motorhomes must be at least 22 feet.  RVs more than 10 years old must be in excellent condition – subject to Management approval.

Site Classifications

All sites are privately owned, and the owners may add amenities at any time. Please note that certain lots are motorcoach only.

Deluxe Sites – These sites have all the necessary amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay at Gulf Waters, including 50/30 amp electric service, water, sewer, cable and free WiFi. All of our sites are at least 37 feet by 80 feet or larger, and will accommodate big rigs, 5th wheels, and travel trailers. The Deluxe sites have a full-size concrete parking pad for your rig, along with a parking pad for an additional vehicle, a concrete patio, a picnic table, and lots of space for relaxation.

Premium Sites – These upgraded sites have all the amenities of the Deluxe sites, along with additional landscaping, extended patios, and more gardens. All of the sites bordering our ponds are Premium sites with a view of the ponds, and many have waterfront patios. The other Premium sites have lush landscaping with additional privacy and shade, extended patio areas, additional furnishings, upgraded lighting, an outdoor cooking area, and may also have a palapa or a pergola.

Executive Sites – A select number of sites have been upgraded by their owners beyond the Premium level to include a palapa or pergola, an outdoor kitchen area with sink and water service, and may include additional furnishings, décor, lighting, or fire-pits.

Site classifications are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee every amenity described, but every effort is made to ensure the appropriate rate based on our 3 tiered pricing.
